Can any of you tell me what all of these people have in common?
Chris Brown
Chris Brown #2
Nicki Minaj
Dane Cook
Shaun White
Christiano Rinaldo
Kanye Kardashian
The Biebs’
And this guy!
No it’s not celebrity, talent, if you believe they have any, or even the money and or means to purchase the cars I’m singling out here.
No, besides all being Lamborghini owners, they all have and do exhibit and embody the prototypical “Douche Baggery” that we have come to associate with the Lamborghini brand.
That may not be fair to some of them: I’m no fan personally of Kanye Kardashian but he is talented and has the resume to back it up. The last guy, well you know.
Lamborghini makes great cars and it’s the owners that make the company look bad. We all have that image in our heads of what the typical Lambo owner looks like: even sounds and acts like. I write this after seeing a Ferrari LaFerrari video of one of it’s customers and thinking that Ferrari is now no different from Lamborghini in the customer pool problem and image department.
Has being an exotic car owner become not just uncool but super uncool, thanks to the ‘company’ you are in? The cars themselves are cool but the association with the company and the people who own them is just plain bad.

Well the Beibs now owns Ferrari TheFerrari now. Also most lambo owners I’ve ever met were more chill then the Ferrari guys I’ve met. Like the lambo guys let other car guys like sit in and get touchy with things Ferrari guys are like no touchie!

At least they’re buying cars and not T-shirts like most Ferrari fans.

People who won’t buy a car because of some stereotype, or the fear of other people judging them deserve to drive a Yugo for eternity. C’mon people, drive what you like and fuck what other people think.

Rich dickheads have been buying supercars for as long as theyve been around.
Enjoy the car, don’t worry about who else owns one.

I’m not telling anyone what to or not to drive, even based on popular or in this case unpopular opinion. I’m just asking: and a Yugo for eternity is a bit harsh don’t you think?

Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I wasn’t talking about you but those actually wanting to buy a Lambo, Corvette, Camaro, or another car with baggage and then deciding not to because of those stereotypes. That’s letting other people decide your life for you and that’s no way to live. As for the punishment, I think you’re right. The Yugo should be saved for the people who go to a review of these cars, ignore the review, and then start spouting the stereotype like they are the universal taste maker.
